 Redlining - PointClear HCS helps the word processing end-user by utilizing redlining functionality to display edited documents. Multiple users can now collaborate in the development of a written document. Each individual can append additions, comments, and strikeout text within the e-mail document. The text will then appear in a special color to denote specific changes. Each revision of the document is stored in the attachment window of the message. Once the document is completed, simply choose the option to finalize the document.
