 Multiple Independent Email Accounts - One of the most unique and powerful features of PointClear LCS is its ability to support up to five separate and simultaneously active e-mail boxes. Typically, today's legal professional has more than one e-mail account. Multiple accounts may exist to separate personal and professional email; to maintain legacy accounts that still need to be monitored; or a variety of other reasons. Other e-mail applications support multiple incoming accounts, but have limitations because they either mix incoming messages together from all accounts or supply a different reply address when responding. PointClear LCS solves both problems. Each account actively polls independent servers for waiting messages, then delivers these messages to the appropriate inboxes and filing systems for each account. No longer will you have to log into multiple accounts in order to check mail; they all come to you - simultaneously and automatically.
