 Multiple
Independent Email Accounts -
One of the unique and powerful
features of PointClear MCS is its ability to support up to 64
separate and simultaneously active email boxes. Typically, today's
manufacturer has more than one email account. Multiple accounts
may exist to separate personal and professional email; to maintain
legacy accounts that still need to be monitored; or a variety
of other reasons. Other email applications support multiple
incoming accounts but have limitations because they either mix
incoming messages together from all accounts or supply a different
reply address when responding. PointClear MCS solves both problems.
Each account is actively polling independent servers for waiting
messages and delivering it to unique "inboxes" and
filing systems for each account. No longer will you have to
log into multiple account in order to check mail. They all come
to you, simultaneously and automatically
