File Cabinet - PointClear's File Cabinet is a special, time saving folder system designed to keep track of your messages by category (i.e. association). The user creates personal nested folders for automatically organizing incoming and outgoing messages. The 'Save in File Cabinet' feature plays a major role in this categorization by allowing automatic association of a message by its sender with a sub folder in your File Cabinet. The user can select from several options, such as: (1) Treat a group as a single recipient when filing - meaning that one copy of the message is filed in a group folder in your File Cabinet rather than sending a copy to each recipient in the group as in the next option, (2) File a copy of the sent message to all recipients in a group, (3) Prompt me when creating a new folder in the File Cabinet, and (4) Prompt me before automatically filing a message.

Running under the Windows Operating System, PointClear software is a client-based POP3 mail application that supports and visually displays up to 5 simultaneous users on a single, centrally located PC. All 5 accounts remain active - continually polling POP3 Internet servers for incoming messages. At a glance, any recipient will know if there is new mail and the priority or status of the message(s). Available in both single and multi-user versions, PointClear supports HTML. All PointClear upgrades, updates and new versions are made available immediately upon release and are available at no additional charge.
