Automatic File Folder Generation - Automatically creates file folders for each message, (if there is not already an associated folder) and files the message away for the user. Running under the Windows Operating System, PointClear software is a client-based POP3 mail application that supports and visually displays up to 5 simultaneous users on a single, centrally located PC. All 5 accounts remain active - continually polling POP3 Internet servers for incoming messages. At a glance, any recipient will know if there is new mail and the priority or status of the message(s). Available in both single and multi-user versions, PointClear supports HTML. All PointClear upgrades, updates and new versions are made available immediately upon release and are available at no additional charge.
