PointClear Reader - PointClear users can now send encrypted messages to virtually anyone in the world. For those e-mail recipients that do not use PointClear, a "reader/responder" can be downloaded at no charge, which will allow them to easily decrypt the message and respond with an encrypted message. From that point forward, all email between the sender and recipient can be transmitted securely.

NOTICE OF U.S. EXPORT AND FOREIGN IMPORT RESTRICTIONS
Due to matters of U.S. national security related to the encryption technology contained in PointClear LCS Reader software, its export is controlled by the U.S. government. Punishment for export and re-export to certain countries includes imprisonment and fines.
Locations and persons that PointClear LCS Reader software may not be exported or re-exported to include: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, the Taliban-controlled areas of Afghanistan, and persons/entities prohibited from receiving U.S. exports (including Specially Designated Nationals, Denied Parties, and entities on the Bureau of Export Administration Entity List).
Import and/or use regulations in non-U.S. jurisdictions may also apply to PointClear LCS Reader software.
Compliance with all U.S. and non-U.S. regulations regarding export, re-export, and import to prohibited destinations, individuals, and use are the sole responsibility of the end-user.
